What a strong result: EBCONT has been named a “Top Employer” for the tenth consecutive year in 2026!
And that’s not all — we also made a remarkable leap in the rankings, climbing from 131st to 48th place. This makes us one of the biggest climbers of the year.
Within the “Internet, Telecommunications & IT” sector, EBCONT further strengthened its position, improving from 11th to an outstanding 5th place. This result highlights the continuous development of the privately owned IT service provider as a modern, employee-focused employer.
The award is based on a comprehensive and independent study: more than 340,000 evaluations from employees, trend readers, and members of the career networks Xing and kununu were included in the ranking. In total, over 1,400 companies with at least 200 employees in Austria were analyzed. One of the most heavily weighted questions was: Would you recommend your employer?
